I purchased this monitoring app from Auto Forward this morning and I had some problems activating the app so I thought I’d ask for a little help. I sent a message hoping that they will read and respond this evening. To my surprise, I got a reply in a few minutes. And all issues were resolved in that very hour. That was the fastest customer service I’ve ever experienced!
