To be honest, when it comes to customer service, I have more horror stories than good ones. I was indeed pleasantly surprised when I gave Auto Forward’s customer service a call, weeks after I purchased their monitoring app, and had a great experience. We had an easy exchange and my queries were politely and helpfully addressed. This is by far the best customer service I’ve ever had.
