Auto Forward is one of the few companies where I've had outstanding customer service. They're always just a phone call away if I need assistance with their app. Plus, I don't have to deal with automated systems; instead, I'm connected to actual specialists who are not just pleasant but also courteous. They're specialists in this field, but they treat me with respect and answer all of my questions.
