Auto Forward delivers on its promise of providing service 24 hours a day, seven days a week. I don't have to wait in long queues for assistance with anything. When I contact someone by email or phone, they always respond almost immediately. Then, when they do, they always solve the problem or respond to my queries without making me appear or sound foolish. Everyone on their customer service crew is kind, understanding, and knowledgeable.
