I was hesitant to use Auto Forward because, based on how my colleague describes it, it appears to be too high-tech and advanced for me to handle. I'm not particularly tech-savvy, so I was looking for a way to catch up to my son's tech-savviness. Surprisingly, when I first started using the app, I discovered that it is extremely user-friendly. The dashboard is simple and well-organized. And, because it's automated, I don't have to do much more than access and view the readily available reports.
