At first, I only purchased this monitoring app from Auto Forward to keep track of my children's phone activities and whereabouts. However, I recently discovered that it also has backup and data recovery capabilities. All multimedia files I receive, download, and save on my phone and tablet are also saved in my online dashboard, so I have extra copies in case I lose the originals for some reason. It can also recover deleted files, logs, and messages, which was my favorite feature.
