I bought this monitoring app from Auto Forward this morning, and I'm having problems with the license key because it doesn't work. At first, I thought it was just a minor bug, so I rebooted my wifi and phone, but the problem persisted. So I knew I needed help from their tech support expert, but I didn't expect them to respond within an hour. All of my questions and concerns were addressed within an hour!
