I bought this app this morning and had some problems activating it, so I thought I'd ask for some assistance. I sent them a message in the hopes that they would read it and respond this afternoon. Surprisingly, I received a response within a few minutes. And everything was resolved in that hour. That was the quickest customer service I've ever encountered in my entire life!
