Despicable.........informed them clutch broken.....sent a van from 30 miles away..despite telling them needed a tow lorry.
Left waiting over 4 hours.
Epileptic wife, just not acceptable.
Then informed the recovery vehicle was stuck 20 miles away.
This wss after 3 hours and a call to a supervisor
