Purchased a transtec power steering pump seal kit on the 18th October. Autolink told Australia Post they had sent the item out for delivery on the same day, 18th October. I then received work from Australia Post that the package was delayed. I followed up with Australia Post, and they said the package was not in their system yet. Now, on 8th November (21 days after they said they sent my item), after lodging a complaint with eBay, i received a full refund for my order. Autolink never had my item, and never sent it. They did not refund it until asked, and never contacted me to tell me a reason for delays.
