My daughter's car is still not fixed because autoprotect don't like a quoted price from their supposed preferred repairer, Halfords. We have found a repairer who will do the repair and allow us to pay the difference. Although there shouldn't be a difference, that's what autoptotect is for. Poor service and still not repaired. Why did we buy this policy?
