The auxo battery has died on me 3 times since my purchasing of the product 18 months ago. I was under warranty for the first 2 times and got it replaced for free, but now I'm having to pay for my 3rd battery pack and it's been shipped to my old address. Auxo support has been good about resolving these issues but the battery is a serious issue.
