Please stay clear. Took over a month to get in touch. Very little guidance and contact. Fay Gibbin is unprofessional, unsupportive & unresponsive. I eventually had enough & complained. As a good will gesture I was offered the CAVA course & that was an even bigger nightmare. Completed all my work & handed in. Was congratulated on passing the course. Informed my certificate is being requested. Then received mixed & confusing information about my certificate by Richard Gibbin. After putting in all the hard work, & effort; to date I've not received my certificates by post. I was messed about from the start; neither Fay or Richard Gibbin are responding to my communications. Absolute waste of my time, work & energy all while fighting a diagnosis of cancer & ill health which they were both aware of.
