Very poor customer care
They refuse to call eg Plumbers to repair a leaks
Once you buy the house they no longer friendly
They rush giving you income house.
All staff trained to prevent you from getting anything repaired even if there a major building or leaking issues . They don’t care if the house flood or collapse
