I placed a withdrawal which according to their policy takes up-to 10 business working days before it hits my account they lied. I had to reach out to PrivyCript ltd a techrecovery agency to ply back my investmentinto my personal account. AvaTrade kept coming up with one excuse or the other, first they said monday was a national holiday, then they said the issue was with my bank and that they'll send me proof that they've sent the money, i waited for the proof yet nothing. My account manager stopped replying any of my emails regarding this issue but he answered the mail I saint from a burner account posing as a new trader. this is so unprofessional and very bad. It took continue badgering and assaults from privycript before I was finally successful.
