I had 2 bills one from EDF, one Avro.
Trying to sort it made be depressed.
Avro blamed me for not checking the Iban number, even though it was correct.
Agents lied on the phone saying it was sorted. Sometimes they'd just hang up. Please go elsewhere.Use Avro at your peril.
