Excessive monthly payments, the most I’ve ever been charged for gas & electricity. I’m £350 in credit. Explained we are in the middle of a pandemic my hours have been cut at work, I’m a single parent of two children and I need to wait a month to get SOME of the money back.
Even after all of this they still take the excessive monthly payments
