Terrible communication and after lockdown this company held me hostage! Changed my tariff 12 months ago and demanded almost £300 per month from me on furlough! Refused to compromise and backdate the tariff! A friend helped me pay some debt, I became suicidal and lost family members due to mental health issues.
Had to sell family home and yet they haven’t returned a single email since I moved house?! They are bullying bastards DO NOT SIGN UP EVER!!! They will bully and threaten you! Raise your tariff and have no current technology to cope with the big guys!
