Trying to switch from Avro but they have declined twice with no communication as to why. I assumed the first time was due to a balance owed so this was paid immediately. Received a second email from new supplier saying they have objected again.
Can't get hold of them by phone or online chat.
I have sent a formal complaint by email and will escalate further if not dealt with efficiently.
Really bad customer service and can't wait to leave - just glad they don't owe me money!
