WE moved to AVRO as they advertised a good rate and could read our smart meter (smets2).
After moving they were unable to access out readings so we had to email readings via their web site every month!
After we left they continued to take direct debits after the new provider had started taking payments.
Emails go unanswered and the phone line cuts you off unless you want to join AVRO !
They still owe us hundreds of pounds they took from our account but will not communicate with us.
Nothing but trouble with this provider. AVOID at all costs.
