I was happy to join Avro Energy a few years ago - monthly billing suited my needs.
A couple of months ago I emailed to let them know of my impending move and asked about transferring my account to the new property. No response since. In fact I emailed several times and still no response.
On my final day I did as instructed on the website and provided all the details they needed for a final meter ready to their Change of Tenancy dept. A few days later I received an over-estimated bill - £36.00 in credit. I knew I would never get through to them on the phone so have emailed again for an updated final bill. Let them try and get money out of my account!!
I wonder if Martin Lewis will have anything to say about them.
