Avoid at all costs, Went with them as they were lowest price. They didn’t update my bill for over a year, I continued making my payments. when we swopped suppliers they hit me with an £800 bill. This is because they were not updating the bills even though I was providing meter readings. You can’t speak to them, took 6 weeks to respond to an email asking how this happened and to explain the bill, the advisor was very rude and advised that they have passed it to a debt collection agency with a 35% uplift. Very untrustworthy company customer service is none existent.
