Everything was wrong with this company and I was pleased to hear they closed today.
I could not believe they ever got a good rating, Customer Service has been non existent for the last 9 months and I could not wait to switch. Quite how they were a recommended so highly by Which? creates doubt in my mind of their competence and advice!
