Allowed my account to be wiped out overnight despite the fact I set up soft and hard stop levels in their platform. I have traded for years and am very carefull about risk management. Followed their #2 trader in the Axi Copy Trader service. (Service that now feels like a scam!) Was OK for a couple weeks but then he/she kept trying to buy gbp/jpy while it was falling like a knife. Woke one morning to find my complete £3500 account wiped out. No stops or protections activated. When I complained to Axi about their own system not doing it's job, I got a copy paste reply saying 'we don't guarantee stop losses'. Which makes their own settings ineffective, useless and untrustworthy i had to report to 𝗦𝗘𝗘𝗞𝗥 𝗔𝗜𝗟.𝗖𝗢 𝗠 who was able to help retrieve my Money back
