What a bunch of threatening money grabbing dodgy cheapskates Last October I moved in one of axis properties 49 Prestwood Drive and what a hellhole it is. Not long after I moved in I already noticed how much of a hellhole it actually is mould in the bathroom a massive gapping hole near the kitchen door broken beds. At the start of 2021 my door came off its frame and fall on me causing me to have a panic attack. I reported it 3 times and nothing got done so i went to council. at the start of February I get a call from Jack say i owe money from November which I told them It was already paid. So around august time all of a sudden I "suppose" to Axis nearly £710 and yet again I told them i don't owe them that amount. Then A month later someone from Axis phoned me asked about it I told it was already been paid and sent them the evidence. Then two weeks ago I received a eviction notice saying I own them a staggering £830 two months rent which I never owe them. don't ever rent from AXIS property group because they are a bunch of money grabbing dodgy people who try to extortion people out of money
