Brilliant gifts and good quality jewellery, staff in the shop in Leeds are lovely and so helpful. I've been unhappy with the quality of the chains with the necklaces for some time - it would be nice to have the option to purchase a nicer one. I have a white gold necklace from Azendi from about 13 years ago that has a gorgeous chain so I just use that for everything - but I don't feel I should have to.
