When booking a villa this is exactly the kind of service that I expect and others in the field should take note. Personal service from start to finish, very helpful staff who listen to your requirements rather than pushing their own agenda, nothing seemed to be too much trouble. The few small problems we encountered in our villa were dealt with quickly and without interrupting our villa holiday.
