The b&m store in Wigan town centre is fab. Love the stuff. But quite frankly I had the worst experience with a staff member I have ever had last week. I went over to the till and greeted the woman with a hello and a smile. She completely IGNORED me, scanned my items and threw them to the end of the till as if I had annoyed her? (this was around 12pm on a Sunday) and said my total amount without even a please or thankyou. No hello, No please and thankyou. I didn’t even get looked in the face. I snatched my receipt and stormed out. How are you hiring staff that are lacking such basic manners and respect. So disappointed in the way I was treated
