Good quality product, the keyring was also great. The only reason I never gave 5 star is the communication needs working on. I sent an email straight after my order to tell them I wanted a purple keyring and not red but to this day I still haven't had a response and I got the red keyring, so they must not of even read my email, I included order numbers etc too. But overall everything is good
