Fantastic company. Can’t fault the wonderful friendly customer service. I ordered and received my item within two days but unfortunately the box was damaged and as it was intended as a gift I emailed to ask if anything could be done to replace it. The new item arrived the very next day and exchanged for the one in the damaged box. Well done BabySecurity.
