Overall happy with the service/delivery I received. Not giving 5 stars as the product I ordered was not in stock (It was shown in stock at the time of purchase). When I contacted them to find out why it hadn't been delivered on the expected date they then informed me that the supplier was out of stock. We had to wait almost TWO months before we received the car seat.
