Ordered products through a supermarket website. Unfortunately one was damaged so instructed to contact babysecurity directly. Emailed details of the problem with the product and received quick response. Had a few emails in order to get a replacement but all were with the same member of the customer service team who was keen to get a replacement sent out quickly. unfortunately the supermarket seems to be slowing down the process at the moment but hopefully all will be resolved soon. I'm very happy to use the company again but will go direct in future.
