When we unpacked our Joie car seat we noticed stains on the seat. We contacted the company, who in turn contacted the supplier. The end result was that Joie sent us a full replacement soft cushion set. The problem was fully resolved within a week, which I think was good customer service all round. Also the price was the best we could find...
