The person I spoke to on the phone in customer services was pleasant, no issues getting through. The despatch was very swift and would have been with me within 2 days, which is excellent, had the courier Hermes, not delivered the item properly and returned it to the depot! I called BabySecurity again and they very promptly sorted this out. Although the courier then took their sweet time the following day. No issues with the website. Just the the courier.
