We bought two baby monitors from them, one of which was faulty, the other was not as described. Their returns policy says that they will not accept returns without first agreeing a Returns Authorisation Number. We requested such a number from them within the 14 days stipulated on their website but, 2 months later, we still haven't had a Returns Authorisation Number for them. They are no longer responding to our emails. Unacceptable service, and it looks from other on-line reviews as if other people have had similar experiences. We're stuck with two expensive baby monitors that we don't want. For reference, our order number was 213251
