Well, received this item in one day of ordering from Tesco Direct. Really a brilliant piece of kit, can't see anyone needing more and, really, it is not necessary to have a camera trained on your baby 24/7. Afraid I can't comment on the alarm's efficacy because the baby is not yet born (!) but others have recommended it so I assume it is as good as they say.
