I bought a baby gates, and extension side panel, not for a toddler, but for a puppy, to stop it going up stairs and getting stuck, when I was out of the house. It was ideal for this purpose, being easily removable, since it was only required for a short time. This product is good value, and when the puppy does not require it any more, it is available for use when my grandson comes to visit.
