Wow! Amazing service I received my pram on the Tuesday and it had a slight hole in the hood just where the seem had come apart I emailed babysecrurity and they apologised and said leave it with us, I have just had a new hood delivered and it’s Friday, that’s 2 days.
Bloody amazing customer service.
