I ordered 2 blackout blinds & they were delivered 2 weeks ago. The blinds are a great concept however do not for the window properly therefore let too much light in and one has a tiny hole in the middle of it.
I emailed you straight away as it appears I need to have consent from yourselves to send anything back and never heard back so a week later I emailed you again and still nothing!
I'm not impressed and have blinds that are no use and I am £50 out of pocket!
Will never use you again!!!!!
