Prompt delivery and well packaged. Could do with more detailed instructions for assembly. It was not very obvious how to fit and adjust the parts, although we got there in the end.
Also, not very easy to open and shut with just one hand, although this doesn't matter too much and I expect we will get more used to it. We have bought it for our visiting granddaughter who is 28 months so she probably won't need it for long. It was good that we could find a small size, which wasn't easy.
