I'm very satisfied with Baby Security, i like most how they keep their customers updated which gives the customer extra reassurance. However i was disappointed when the parcel arrived, the packaging was opened both sides and destroyed; luckily no harm to the item itself just a minor scratch. I do understand that the damage may be caused from mistreatment in shipment but it's the principal when you pay money for a item that is brand new.
