Total lack of personal customer service; whole place run by systems and not people. Purchased three of the same product in different colours, paid for delivery, two sent delivery, was told to pick other up from the closest store, days of phone calls back and forth; system error, system couldn’t change to delivery, system wouldn’t let them cancel, system wouldn’t refund the delivery, system this, system that, ridiculous!
