I recently purchased a baby mobile from Baby Bunting, but once I opened the box, I realized it was of poor quality and too small to fit my bassinet. I didn’t fix or use it and immediately submitted a return request with all necessary photos and the bill. After waiting four days without any response, I followed up with a phone call—only to have one of the worst customer service experiences ever. The representative told me that since the item was opened, it couldn't be returned. It’s frustrating because it’s not a food or clothing item—how can anyone know if a baby mobile fits or is suitable without opening it? This was not my first purchase with Baby Bunting, but it’s definitely the first time I’ve had such a disappointing experience. I expected better support and understanding, especially for baby products.
