I’m disappointed with Baby Bunting’s refusal to offer a simple price adjustment just days after my purchase, despite the items going on clearance immediately after.
Instead of a quick and easy solution online, I was told to return the products in-store and buy them again — a waste of time and effort for both me and your staff. It feels like the policy prioritises process over customer experience.
I hope you reconsider this approach in the future, as it reflects poorly on customer service and loyalty.
