We were disappointed with the communications on our order. Appreciate the team are not responsible for the timing of stock received by Baby Village, but there was no indication the product wasn't available for shipping when the order was made and they were unable to provide a concrete date they would receive the stock. We had to get in touch for updates each week for a month and were provided the same response each time - should be here next week.
Once the stock arrived shipping to us was very quick.
