After weeks with no news about my purchased product and no reply to my email, I called to hear that they were waiting to receive the colour I had ordered. As it was going to be too late for the baby shower I had, I asked to swap for something else. Whilst they were helpful and friendly over the phone, I still had to call again cause they never replied to my email confirming which product I wanted to swap with. In other words, staff is friendly but they’re not up-to-speed when it comes to online communication and fast delivery.
