Ordered shoes and insoles from a link in an email, offering a 20% discount due to being a previous customer and the website being rebooted.
When i ordered the stuff, I was informed that I did not qualify for the discount (which makes no sense). I ordered anyway and sent an email reporting the issue I had encountered. I got a reply saying it was being dealt with.
I got my order, plus a MAHOOSIVE carrier bag! No discount! Not really what I wanted.
