Very pleased with both shoes and the service. Never worn 'clogs' before but the fun designs were a great attraction. In lockdown spent a lot of time in the gardening (sometimes even gardening) and that is when I bought my first pair of Backdoor clogs - and loved them. They are so comfortable that I also wore them indoors and so spread the garden further. Solution? I now have 2 pairs of indoor clogs and 2 pairs of outdoor clogs. I have swollen feet (thanks to medication and age) and so felt I needed the next size up. Backdoorshoes swapped my size 7 clogs for 8s super-efficiently. Thanks! One quibble - it would be great if you could find an alternative to plastic for the outer wrapping. You are obviously trying to avoid plastic as the shoes come in eco-friendly bags.
