This is my second pair and I would have given the first pair five stars for their five years of sterling daily service. But they have become slippery and dangerous as the soles have worn down so I ordered another pair in the identical size. I can't get my feet into the new pair. The instep part is too tight and I will have to give them away. Have you made them smaller or have my old ones stretched? I am gutted.
