I was disappointed with the pack of two pairs of insoles I purchased recently. I was expecting two identical pairs, of the same quality as were in my lovely back door shoes when I bought them. These are black, and and firmly padded with spongy material, very comfortable. The second pair are white, and of a much thinner construction. Also, although labelled as size 37, as are my backdoor shoes, I had to cut the toe end to fit the shoe. This was not specified on your website.
